The 6-Week ADHD Coaching Program

A system built for the way your brain actually works, one you end up running yourself.

No diagnosis required. If you see yourself in all of this, you're welcome here.

The loop you're stuck in

You know what to do. You still can't start.

You've read the tips. Downloaded the apps. Installed the templates. Tried some-generic-trick-or-rule. It works for two days, then falls apart.

You're back where you started, and now you feel worse about it.

And the loop continues...

That isn't a willpower problem. Generic advice rarely work, because it was never built for the way your brain actually works.

Why this is different

Three rules this program runs on.

01

Built for an ADHD brain

If it only works on paper, or needs willpower to keep going, we don't rely on it.

02

Deep on one thing

Not ten goals at once. We pick the one priority that matters most and build it properly.

03

You run it yourself

By week six the system is yours. It works without me, and that's the entire point.

The one thing

We go deep on one thing.

Right at the start, we choose one priority to build everything around. Not ten goals at once. Just one. It can be almost anything that matters to you:

  • A project you keep stalling on
  • Studying for an exam
  • A business idea you've always wanted to pursue
  • Getting your physical fitness on track
  • The relationships that matter to you
  • Doing your current work well, and excelling at it
  • A habit that never quite sticks

Focusing on one thing doesn't mean we neglect the rest. The other areas of your life stay on a simple floor, so nothing falls apart while we work. But this one thing is what defines success. If by the end of the six weeks you can honestly say you've learnt to follow through with it, the effort was worth it.

How it works

Three stages over six weeks.

  1. 1

    We figure you out

The right questions bring clarity on what works for you, what doesn't, and what you actually want. Most people know this deep down but can't put it into words. That's my job.

  2. 2

We build and follow a simple system

One system. No complicated trackers. We use support like body doubling, accountability, goal setting to sail you through.

  3. 3

    You take it over

I step back as the weeks go on. By the end you're running it on your own, and you know it works, because you've already done it.

The handoff My support fades as your ownership grows. By week six, you're holding it.

What you walk away with

Things that are yours to keep.

A system that works for you

Built around your priorities. Runs on your own, without willpower holding it up.

A clearer map of your brain

What trips you up, and what actually helps you start and keep going.

"My Philosophy for Life"

A personal document we build together. Your compass, long after the program ends.

Your Self-Logs

A writing book in your own handwriting. A record of what you learned, and proof of the work.

How we'll work

The ways we'll work together.

Through the six weeks we'll draw on a mix of formats, matched to what each week needs.

None of it is fixed: if something isn't working for you, we change it. Here's what we'll use:

  • Long sessions 1 to 2 hrs
  • Short sessions 10 to 30 min
  • Voice calls about 10 min
  • Text messages as needed
  • Body doubling to get started

If you fall behind

Some days go sideways.

You have an ADHD brain. That's expected, and it's built into how the system is designed.

You never have to disappear out of embarrassment. There's a way back in, every time.

Let's be clear

What this is not.

Not therapy or medical treatment

If you're working with a therapist or doctor, this sits alongside that, not instead of it.

Not a quick fix

There's no magic hack. We build something real that lasts.

Not generic advice

Everything is shaped around you, your brain, and your one priority.

Sam, ADHD coach

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Sam.

I'm an ADHD coach with 4+ years of experience, and I've worked with 70+ clients across the globe, navigating executive function challenges, overwhelm, and follow-through.

Across social media, 30,000+ people follow my work on ADHD awareness and support.

I am not a medical professional or therapist. I'm a coach who has spent the last four years dedicated to helping ADHD adults thrive.

A note from me

If you've read this far and some of it feels like a lot, that's completely okay.

Maybe a few things sounded like too much. Maybe something you were hoping for felt missing. Either way, bring it to me and we'll talk it through.

Every person is different. Even with ADHD as the common thread, two brains can be worlds apart.

That's why this isn't a rigid program. You won't find a day-by-day plan or a fixed curriculum here, and that's deliberate.

Locking it all down would break the whole point. The system shapes itself around you, not the other way around.

I also want to be honest about what six weeks can and can't do. You're putting in real money and real time, so you deserve a straight answer.

Don't expect your entire life to change. That doesn't happen in six weeks. Real change that lasts takes months, sometimes years. But the one thing we pick together? You'll see a drastic shift there.

Think of it like learning to cycle. I'm the training wheels. At the start I hold your balance so you get the feel of it. Then I ease off, bit by bit, until you're riding on your own.

Will you still fall sometimes? You will. But by then you'll know how to get back on and keep going, without anyone holding the seat.

Whenever you're ready,Sam

Sam went deep into my priorities in the first session, then checked in every morning and night through the week. He built me a custom tracker, but what I valued most is he didn't just hold me accountable, he taught me ways of thinking so I can keep doing this on my own. I never felt judged or pressured.

Sam helped me a lot with his ADHD coaching. He gave me a template to track my daily activities and encouraged me to journal every day, which really helped keep my mind on track. I'd recommend him to anyone with a flustered mind because of ADHD.

Sam gave me the foundation to build a solid routine around what I want to accomplish every day. His daily check-ins really helped me stay accountable and break through that initial resistance. I won't hesitate to work with him again.

One of the highest-value things Sam brings is his ability to engage and support. Great to have that when you're running a busy life with a lot of plans ahead.

Sam went above and beyond to help me get organized. He's encouraging and full of ideas for arranging your tasks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone managing daily tasks, with or without ADHD. In fact, I'm buying another week of help from him today.
