Built for an ADHD brain
If it only works on paper, or needs willpower to keep going, we don't rely on it.
One-to-one coaching · Online
A system built for the way your brain actually works, one you end up running yourself.
No diagnosis required. If you see yourself in all of this, you're welcome here.
The loop you're stuck in
You've read the tips. Downloaded the apps. Installed the templates. Tried some-generic-trick-or-rule.
It works for two days,
then falls apart.
You're back where you started, and now you feel worse about it.
And the loop continues...
That isn't a willpower problem. Generic advice rarely work, because it was never built for the way your brain actually works.
Why this is different
If it only works on paper, or needs willpower to keep going, we don't rely on it.
Not ten goals at once. We pick the one priority that matters most and build it properly.
By week six the system is yours. It works without me, and that's the entire point.
The one thing
Right at the start, we choose one priority to build everything around. Not ten goals at once. Just one. It can be almost anything that matters to you:
Focusing on one thing doesn't mean we neglect the rest. The other areas of your life stay on a simple floor, so nothing falls apart while we work. But this one thing is what defines success. If by the end of the six weeks you can honestly say you've learnt to follow through with it, the effort was worth it.
How it works
The right questions bring clarity on what works for you, what doesn't, and what you actually want. Most people know this deep down but can't put it into words. That's my job.
One system. No complicated trackers. We use support like body doubling, accountability, goal setting to sail you through.
I step back as the weeks go on. By the end you're running it on your own, and you know it works, because you've already done it.
What you walk away with
Built around your priorities. Runs on your own, without willpower holding it up.
What trips you up, and what actually helps you start and keep going.
A personal document we build together. Your compass, long after the program ends.
A writing book in your own handwriting. A record of what you learned, and proof of the work.
How we'll work
Through the six weeks we'll draw on a mix of formats, matched to what each week needs.
None of it
is
fixed: if something isn't working for you, we change it. Here's what we'll use:
If you fall behind
You have an ADHD brain. That's expected, and it's built into how the system is designed.
You never have to disappear out of embarrassment. There's a way back in, every time.
Let's be clear
If you're working with a therapist or doctor, this sits alongside that, not instead of it.
There's no magic hack. We build something real that lasts.
Everything is shaped around you, your brain, and your one priority.
Meet your coach
I'm an ADHD coach with 4+ years of experience, and I've worked with 70+ clients across the globe, navigating executive function challenges, overwhelm, and follow-through.
Across social media, 30,000+ people follow my work on ADHD awareness and support.
I am not a medical professional or therapist. I'm a coach who has spent the last four years dedicated to helping ADHD adults thrive.
A note from me
If you've read this far and some of it feels like a lot, that's completely okay.
Maybe a few things
sounded like too much. Maybe something you were hoping for felt missing. Either way, bring it to me
and we'll talk it through.
Every person is different. Even with ADHD as the common thread, two brains can be worlds apart.
That's why this isn't a rigid program. You won't find a day-by-day plan or a fixed curriculum here,
and that's deliberate.
Locking it all down would break the whole point. The system shapes itself
around you, not the other way around.
I also want to be honest about what six weeks can and can't do. You're putting in real money and
real time, so you deserve a straight answer.
Don't expect your entire life to change. That doesn't
happen in six weeks. Real change that lasts takes months, sometimes years. But the one thing we pick
together? You'll see a drastic shift there.
Think of it like learning to cycle. I'm the training wheels. At the start I hold your balance so you
get the feel of it. Then I ease off, bit by bit, until you're riding on your own.
Will you still fall
sometimes? You will. But by then you'll know how to get back on and keep going, without anyone
holding the seat.

The investment
This program is brand new, shaped by four years of working one to one with ADHD adults. As I open it up, the founding rate is held for the first five people to join.
How to start
I do not want you to take any impulsive decisions. Take your time. Discuss with me. See if it's a right fit and then get in.
