How I coach

After 4+ years of working closely with ADHD adults, I’ve learned to deeply understand the executive function rollercoaster, the self-judgment that sneaks in, and the relief of having someone right there with you — not just cheering from the sidelines.

Our sessions are practical, collaborative, and tailored to how your brain actually works. We experiment, adjust, and build systems you can keep using long after our work together.
